GLM have obtained listed building and planning consent for the adaptation and re-use of the iconic former Forsyth's department store on Princes Street, Edinburgh. The development will see the building transformed into a mixed-use space. Through converting the first floor retail area into further bedroom accommodation, this supports the existing, albeit empty, hotel development above and to the rear, to form a viable hotel enterprise. Working on behalf of the building owner, GLM are now able to provide appropriate shell and core retail space on the ground and basement levels, and fully develop out and revitalise the upper hotel floors for the operator, Numa. #weareGLM #GLM #HotelDevelopment #EdinburghHospitality #HospitalityScotland

Haithwaite Farm - Exhibition Hall A working model for the interior of the Exhibition Hall at Haithwaite Farm redevelopment, Cumbria. All interior steelwork, wall panelling and acoustic treatment is coloured deep red, matching the colour of the building's exterior cladding. As the model shows, the building will catch the reflected sunlight from the light resin floor to create an atmospheric environment for events and exhibitions on the site. #weareGLM #GLM #FarmRedevelopment #RuralTourism
