We are so proud to share that since our first client came on board in August 2023, we have successfully managed to identify and secure over £110,000 in savings for our clients and customers. This remarkable achievement reflects our commitment to maximising benefits, exemptions, and financial assistance. Ensuring that those we help receive all the support they are entitled to. Over the past year, we have diligently worked to uncover opportunities for savings across various categories, leading to a significant positive impact on the financial well-being of our customers. If you would like to speak to us about how we can support your vulnerable customers, please contact Tracey Stone on 01327 228595 or email support@welfaretogether.co.uk. #VulnerableCustomers #Debt #WelfareSupport

At Welfare Together, we understand that the debt industry uses a lot of jargon. For those in debt especially those that are vulnerable, jargon can make the situation worse. Not only do they have to navigate the circumstances that they find themself in, but they also have to try and interpret the correspondence that they receive regarding it. Which is why we commit that all letters and correspondence we send out are written in plain English. We use a readability tool to check before sending out any new correspondence to ensure that at a minimum we achieve a plain English rating, but aim for easy to read. We use The First Word readability test, to see how they calculate the scores, please visit their website https://lnkd.in/eSxyz-KU If you would like support with your vulnerable customers that are in debt, please contact Tracey Stone on 01327 228595 or email support@welfaretogether.co.uk. #readability #vulnerablecustomers #debtsupport #welfare

We have just received a lovely message from a Customer. “Firstly let me start by thanking you for the kindly worded Engagement Letter dated July 10, 2024 (not received until a few days ago). Normally in these matters, such letters are threatening, bullying and unhelpful. It has urged me to make contact with you and not bury my head in the sand so to speak.” This is the reason our engagement letters are written the way they are, we want to encourage people to contact us, because we can’t help them until they do. If you would like to know more about how we help your vulnerable customers, please contact Tracey Stone on 01327 228595 or email support@welfaretogether.co.uk. #vulnerablecustomers #debtsupport #vulnerable #makingadifference

We pride ourselves on the support that we provide to our customers, even if they don’t need the support. So receiving testimonials like this, enforces the positive approach we are taking. “Great work, I think Welfare Together is a commendable company. Genuinely interested in helping and try to make people feel calm and supported. It turns out I did not need the help, it had been only a problem with the direct debit going through, but I must admit that I was impressed with Welfare Together, what they do and stand for. They were super quick to help resolve the issue. They are there to help and made sure to tell me they are not a debt collecting company but instead they are there to provide assistance in difficult situations to people who need it. I liked that. The staff were brilliant on the phone!” If you would like more information on how we can support your vulnerable customers, please contact Tracy Stone on 01327 228595 or email support@welfaretogether.co.uk. #vulnerablecustomers #debtsupport #vulnerable #makingadifference
