DOG CHAMPION SCHEME 🏆 Street Paws has been continuing with its Dog Champion Scheme, an initiative to keep unhoused pet owners with their pets. We have been supporting Street Paws with this scheme thanks to the generous sponsorship of Waggel - the dog insurance company with a difference. Hugo is a lucky pup who has been supported by Street Paws for several years now - first in Newcastle and now in York where he has lived, on the streets, with his owner, for the last year. He has recently faced challenges with lameness and a recent vet visit revealed an injury to his paw from a piece of glass that had become infected. Thanks to Waggel, Hugo received the vital care he needed. He is now comfortable and mobile once more. We are so grateful to Waggel for their support with this important scheme and to Street Paws for making a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners. #streetpaws #dogchampionscheme

#FeelGoodFriday 🎬 From the streets of Cyprus to the Big Screen! Little Bobby was rescued from the streets, suffering from malnourishment and taken in by Julie Tottman, a Hollywood Animal Trainer. Bobby rose to fame for his role in ‘Cruella’, alongside Emma Stone and Emma Thompson and has recently appeared in Westeros in ‘House Of The Dragon’. It warms our hearts to see that Bobby has been given a new lease of life and we can’t wait to see where his acting career takes him next!
