On Tuesday, 20th May, join us for a panel discussion featuring inspiring stories from women leaders, as they explore how women are breaking barriers in leadership. The conversation will highlight the power of diversity in leadership to foster collaboration and create a built environment that more effectively serves diverse communities. The second event held on Thursday, 22nd May, will explore how gender diversity within the built environment industries - real estate, property, architecture, planning - can drive both financial success and meaningful social value creation. We will debate how diverse leadership teams are uniquely positioned to build stronger communities, and achieve sustainable outcomes. WIA are pleased to give away six tickets to UKREiiF for women who have not attended before and might not have the means to afford a ticket. Three of the six tickets will be reseverd for individuals under 35. All you need to tell us is how attending the event benefits you, and what you aim to get from the conference, in 200 words.
