Our rejuvenation stretch and breath classes aim to restore and energise your body. They are specifically designed to focus on deep stretches that support the postural demands of working at a desk combined with Breathwork techniques that help calm the nervous system and move your body and mind out of the fight-or-flight mode. Save this short flow and practice it before/after or after work to focus on yourself and the present moment. You can repeat this sequence as long as you like making it a longer practice, letting your ujjayi breath guide you. The ujjayi breath is typically done in association with an asana practice and is a type of diaphragmic breathing through which the throat muscles of the glottis are slightly constricted, causing the air to produce a whispering, audible vibration as it passes in and out of the vocal cords. We organised a therapeutic and restorative afternoon of services for them to enjoy, starting with our rejuvenation stretch class delivered by the fantastic Bhavisha Pankhania, an amazing breathwork and #yoga practitioner, followed by a lovely sound bath journey with Nyomi Gray.
