➡Employee Engagement⬅ For me, employee engagement data is some of the most important data for a business. Highly engaged employees are happy, healthier and more productive both inside and outside of work, and research shows time and time again how closely linked engagement and high performance is. Improving employee engagement ultimately will increase business performance 🚀 For several years we used the typical annual survey approach, before moving to a bi-annual survey but I just felt we were missing so much valuable, actionable information by doing this. Step in... Wotter – Live employee insights. We now use Wotter, an AI pulse survey tool, to measure our engagement across 24 pillars of employment. From values, to leadership to wellbeing, we measure it all - and we've won an IIP award 🏆 for doing so (amongst the rest of our engagement strategy!). Every week, we get an engagement heatmap of the business (image below of an example heatmap *NOT OUR DATA*). We can clearly see across teams where we can improve, and where we can continue doing what we are already doing well. We can monitor engagement through changes within the business and wider societal challenges and make changes and improvements, as well as converse confidentially to any comments we receive to further support CWers!
