When you think of exciting career routes, not everyone thinks of #insurance, let's be honest! But, they'd be wrong to dismiss the insurance sector. In the automotive insurance space we're seeing lots of innovation as new #technologies emerge to change things forever. If you add in shifting operation models, the role insurance plays in the rise of EV and the new relationships brands are building direct to consumer via insurance, you'll see there is a lot of really interesting things going on! One thing we've explored a lot is whether #distribution is going to have a seismic change or just a little shuffle. For #automotive brands, the move to something like an agency model represents opportunities to cross-sell with products like insurance, driving brand loyalty and linking other areas of business to create more holistic value chains. That kind of growth is the stuff of dreams, but what is driving it? 🔢 Data, data and more data! Harnessing the power of data isn't exclusive to insurtech, let's be honest. In fact, it is the force behind key developments in many sectors. Utilising data in a smart way, providing real-time insights and analysis is at the heart of the expansion of the insurtech sector. It's certainly a major driver of our growth. 🤖 Digitisation... If you said the word insurance to someone, exciting and innovative aren't the words they might use to describe the industry. And yet, as the sector changes at a breakneck speed, exciting innovation is exactly what is going on behind the scenes. The entire market is on a journey with traditional players and new insurtechs working in partnership to deliver next level digital insurance experiences. What have we been up to, you ask... We've spent the first half of this year working on our vision for the future of Wrisk. By taking a step back from distractions, we've had the space to be deliberately thoughtful, get under the skin of our core market and create technology that is truly breaking ground for auto OEMs. It's been a successful strategy. The entire team have gotten their heads down and we have had a stellar year already, with 219% growth in H1 (compared to '23).
