As we phased out of the COVID pandemic, the hunger for face-to-face interactions grew within enterprises and their teams. With loneliness and isolation heavily felt amongst communities, how could we deliver an event that gave people the opportunity to re-connect with one another? Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company (CMBC) seized the opportunity of the return of events with its leadership by holding a conference at Wyboston Lakes Resort. Over 60 guests attended the conference, which featured a business update, brand immersion sessions to align leaders with strategic brand plans, inclusive leadership training, and discussions on organisational health. During the afternoon and evening segments of the event, the marketing teams took charge, activating brand visibility and sampling to vividly convey the brand strategy.
