What a wonderful experience 💗
Yesterday, I had the absolute pleasure of visiting St. Joseph’s Catholic Primary Academy to deliver 52 Easter eggs that we’ve been busy collecting and buying as part of the Hop To It Campaign with Yorkshire Children's Charity
These eggs will go to children who need them the most, children who may not have received an Easter egg without this appeal. Because every child deserves a visit from the Easter Bunny!
We met the class presidents from each year group and their excitement at seeing a full box of Easter eggs was just incredible! We also had the chance to take some lovely photographs, with full guardian consent, of course.
A huge thank you to the Team at Slate Developments (NW) Limited for their kind donations, it really does take a team and at Slate, I like to think we have an incredible one, your generosity helped make this possible and I couldn’t be prouder 💙
I can’t put into words how special this day was. Meeting the amazing staff and children at St. Joseph’s, learning more about how this campaign supports their pupils and of course, chatting with the children about the Easter Bunny was truly heartwarming.
I definitely left with a huge smile on my face, being involved in campaigns like this is an honour and I’m so grateful to be part of something that spreads a little joy 💗
