Riding on the success of our recent 'Best Engagement Approach' Award at the Menopause Friendly Employer Awards 2024, we have now achieved The Menopause Friendly Accreditation. Today is World Menopause Day, which gives us a sincere pride in celebrating this accomplishment. This accreditation is industry-recognised and the only accreditation that sets clear standards which must be met. As such, it is truly meaningful and considered by many as a mark of excellence for menopause in the workplace. In order to achieve The Menopause Friendly Accreditation, employers are assessed by an Independent Panel and must demonstrate evidence of their effectiveness in five key areas, namely: culture, policies and practices, training, engagement and working environment. Together with professional racing commentator, Chris McCarthy, we are pleased to host an incredibly unique event bringing together some of motor racing's best drivers, sim-racers and broadcasters at 'Setting Purple Sectors'. A Purple Sector is when a racing driver sets the fastest time on a section of the track. Should personal relationships be different for people affected by epilepsy?  In this testimonial video developed by Neuraxpharm in partnership with Young Epilepsy, young people with epilepsy share their concerns and experiences on how epilepsy might have affected their personal relationships.  It is important to ask any questions to a healthcare professional about the effect of epilepsy on relationships and how to stay safe.  By understanding the concerns and experiences from people with epilepsy, we aim to create more empathy and support to develop good relationships and encourage good communication.       #Epilepsy #Neuraxpharm #YoungEpilepsy #relationships #stigma
