London-based Zen Housing has become the latest Adopter of the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing (SRS). Established in 2020, the registered provider of social housing is set on a course to deliver 500 affordable homes by 2025 with a focus on quality, sustainability, service and design. Sergey Pichugin, Operations Director Asset Management says: “As Zen Housing, a growing and evolving for-profit registered provider, we are proud to join over 130 housing associations and funders in adopting the SRS.
