A fantastic new start-up Education recruitment company are beginning their exciting growth plans and are looking for an eager Compliance Officer to help them continue their success! 📈
✏️ The role:
Gather all documents required for on-boarding teachers for their background check; including DBS, RTW, Training certificates and references.
Upload and maintain all documents ensuring they are kept up-to-date.
Completing the on-boarding process for all 3 of their offices across the UK.
Communicating with the sales consultants on their candidate's compliance and reporting into the director
Assist with any internal audits ensuring the relevant documents are obtained.
✏️ About you:
1-2 years experience within the Education (or Healthcare) recruitment industry.
Exceptional communication skills.
Immaculate attention to detail.
Hard working and driven individual.
Commutable to Manchester city centre.
