An excellent opportunity has arisen for a friendly receptionist to join an Intellectual Property Law Firm in their London office which is near London Bridge.

Role

• Assisting with day-to-day reception duties
• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
• Call handling
• Arranging meeting/call requests, deliveries, ordering supplies
• Setting up meeting rooms including refreshments
• Making travel arrangements

Requirements

This trainee corporate reception role does not require previous reception experience, perhaps you have worked in customer services, or in a reception role in a non corporate sector. What is most important is that you are friendly and professional, organised and have the ability to think quickly and use initiative!
