£90-120k

London – Hybrid (4 days a week in office)

• My client is an award winning top 100 UK accounting firm with market leading teams across multiple sectors. They provide a full service offering from bookkeeping, financial planning, tax compliance and business advisory.
• With multiple offices in London and the North of England, they are looking to bring onboarding an Outsourced Finance Director who will partner with their clients to deliver FD services, a one stop shop across Payroll, Advisory, Management Accounts etc.

• Opportunity to lead the function in a new business critical unit
• Build and design the function to work under your methods of success
• Complete autonomy to develop the business unit alongside the SLT as you see fit

🎭 The Role 🎭

As the Outsourced FD, you will:

• Build and create a one stop shop for their clients to access and utilise
• Create a formal service line which will allow you to service existing clients whilst also supporting to develop new revenue stream for the business
• Utilise your network to enable strengthen existing relationships and build/grow new ones
• Actively influence the definition and adoption of outsourced business processes and systems in the Finance teams
• Cover all areas for clients including:

🟩Management Accounts

🟩Payroll

🟩Advisory,

🟩Compliance

🟩Processing

🔎 What we are looking for 🔎

• Extensive experience as a number 1 or 2 in an Outsourced Finance Function
• Strong networker who is able to break into existing and new clients
• Commercially aware
• Commitment to client care and service beyond expectation
• Previous experience as part of a Senior Leadership Team
