Position Responsibilities:


  • Cultivate a dependable pipeline for the UK&I Sales Reps by following up on field marketing leads and conducting outbound cold calling, cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualifying the prospects using PACT framework by understanding their industry, business, and challenges and have a consultative approach towards prospects.
  • Work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams so you progress new business adding to our large customer base.


Qualifications:


  • 1-2 years of sales or results oriented experience
  • At least 6 months of cold calling experience (Cold or warm)
  • Being coachable to take and implement feedback to improve one self’s performance
  • The ability to be proactive when solving problems and taking on initiatives and projects
  • Demonstrating a Will to Win by going above and beyond to achieve a goal
  • A degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Formal training in consultative selling is a plus.
