Our People organisation comprises of 6 key SME teams/roles: Strategic HR Leaders who partner with the Exec Leadership team, Regional HR People Partners, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Reward and L&D.

Our People team require highly motivated experts to help drive culture transformation & change acceleration. We support employees and business leaders across all the functions such as Product & Tech; Operations; Commercial Sales and Corporate Functions.

Role Overview

Planet is looking for a Senior HRD to be part of the Strategic HR Leadership team. We are seeking an enthusiastic and Strategic HRBP to join the team, they will partner closely with a number of the Planet Executive Leadership Team & their SLT on their talent priorities that lead to tangible business impact. This would include partnering on topics such as employee engagement, org health and support on org design & efficiency, building and retaining a diverse workforce at all levels, and talent development, succession & placement discussions with our leaders.

What You Will Do

  • Run full cycle annual HR processes for your business areas including but not limited to performance management, annual talent reviews & compensation cycles.
  • Design the people strategy for your business areas, aligned to their OKR’s and to work collaboratively with the COE’s.
  • Understand the data and insight available on engagement, performance and workforce trends and talent gaps and propose proactive solutions and strategies to address these across the business areas you support.
  • Coach and consult on organizational design and leadership assessments, as well as challenging and/or influencing decision-making processes.
  • Partner with HR People Partner team and business leaders to manage day-to-day employee relations issues, in line with local legislation.
  • Collaborate with leaders to execute recruitment needs.
  • Assess organization effectiveness and contribute to organizational design and leadership assessments.

Who You Are

  • An experienced Strategic HR Business Partner who thrives in dynamic and fast paced organisations.
  • Has strong business acumen and ability to work well across different levels and functions.
  • Experience in partnering with Executive Business Leaders who operate in highly complex business settings.
  • Able to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and provide proactive coaching, guidance and challenge in line with our strategic goals.
  • Strong analytical skills in order to identify trends and then build initiatives to address the root cause.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience of working in either Private Equality organisations, Fintech/Technology organisations, Payments industry.
