The ESBO division is the European Services Business Office, responsible for all Samsung services on TV and mobile devices such as Samsung TV Plus, Universal Guide, Samsung Gaming Hub, Art Store, and Multiple Voice Assistance. The Product Management team is responsible for the operations, content curation, programming, analysis, and marketing of Samsung TV and mobile services across 16 European countries.
The Marketing team plays a crucial role in growing brand awareness and engagement of these services through impactful and captivating campaigns to satisfy Samsung customers. We are a diverse and energetic team that values teamwork, creativity, and adaptability in order to meet our customers' needs.
Role And Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Marketing Manager, MX is responsible for leading the marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for mobile services in Europe including the Samsung TV Plus, Samsung Free and Gaming Hub mobile apps. This is an exceptional opportunity where you will lead the entire marketing lifecycle for your services and work with both internal and external teams to efficiently implement campaigns for our apps in Europe.

Your Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Marketing Manager, MX is responsible for leading the marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for mobile services in Europe including the Samsung TV Plus, Samsung Free and Gaming Hub mobile apps. This is an exceptional opportunity where you will lead the entire marketing lifecycle for your services and work with both internal and external teams to efficiently implement campaigns for our apps in Europe.
- Define and lead integrated 360 campaigns across all owned and earned marketing channels (on-platform, retail, social, etc.) to drive acquisition and retention for your services.
- Own the relationship with local Samsung mobile marketing teams and the European Office to secure promotion alongside their hardware campaigns and act as the main point-of-contact for all marketing updates, materials, and approvals.
- Deploy weekly push notifications for each service and on-platform awareness campaigns to highlight the latest content releases. Collaborate with TV marketing counterparts in EBSO to ensure alignment across campaigns.
- Work with mobile product managers and HQ teams in Korea to ensure European priorities are aligned with global focus areas and product updates. Be the European point of contact for all HQ marketing requests.
- Lead all creative and agency relations for your campaigns, including finance and budget tracking, strategy, agency briefings, and campaign delivery.
- Be the expert in mobile marketing. Stay on the pulse of key market trends and analyse usage performance to understand user behaviour. Develop recommendations to grow your services and ensure they are positioned competitively.
- Continue to push the boundaries in how we communicate to users and our messaging in each market. Explore new and innovative ways of marketing to users.
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams (Content Marketing, Editorial, Business Development, Ads) to align on priorities and drive an integrated approach for campaigns on and off platform.
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Substantial marketing experience, ideally in media, gaming, or app marketing.
- Deep knowledge and experience in working in the entertainment / gaming industries – understand how to promote and drive engagement with streaming services.
- Experience in creating and launching 360 campaigns across various cross-functional teams and agencies.
- Ability to work on multiple projects autonomously and be the lead for your services.
- Outstanding relationship building and communication skills, proficiency in digital streaming.
- Experienced with acquisition marketing standard methodologies, tools, and trends.
- Excellent collaborator with the ability to work across a large organization to get results and influence others.
- Comfortable analyzing and interpreting data.
- Self-motivated character and solution focus. We work at a fast pace, so this role needs to be proactive and resourceful.
- Experience in assessing and implementing innovative campaign ideas within the services industry.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and lead projects autonomously.
- Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or video editing software intermediate knowledge is desirable.
- German, French, Italian or Spanish languages desirable.
