Job Title: Senior Mobile User Acquisition Lead

Reporting to: Head of Growth Acquisition


Our Acquisition team is looking for an experienced Mobile User Acquisition performance marketer, who will acquire users for Betway Sports and Casino products. This individual will focus on leveraging multiple channels to scale our current mobile acquisition efforts.


You will be responsible for:

  • The strategy across both paid and organic app activity.
  • Growing mobile app user base in-line with company goals.
  • The set up and delivery of campaigns globally, across all platforms, markets, and products.
  • Management of our app store fronts and ASO strategy.
  • The app marketing roadmap including measurement frameworks, vendor testing and other growth opportunities.
  • Optimisation and monitoring of campaign variables to ensure that performance targets are met and exceeded.
  • Providing benchmarks for future campaign performance to aid business decisions.
  • Work closely with the product team for app releases and product development.
  • Identifying new partners and platforms, negotiating terms and pricing as needed.
  • Managing and mentoring junior members of the team.

You will have:

  • App marketing experience in both strategic planning and operational execution.
  • Ample knowledge about the mobile advertising space and the mobile app market.
  • Strong hands-on experience across Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, and mobile ad networks.
  • Strong experience running and optimizing successful performance campaigns on mobile in a competitive sector.
  • Strong experience on ASO across both App store and Google Play.
  • Direct hands-on experience with app tracking solutions and MMPs such as Appsflyer.
  • Hands on experience with Firebase (GA4).
  • Demonstrable experience of budget management to influence business decisions.
  • Experience of presenting and communicating to, networking and management of, multiple stakeholders across multiple levels, both internally and with core suppliers.


It would be a bonus if you also had:

  • Experience in the online gaming vertical.
  • Paid Social experience.
