Contract Talent Acquisition Manager – London
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for a 3-4 month FTC at Finatal.
We’re an Executive Search Firm, working with Private Capital and their Portfolio companies. Due to the growth at pace across our offices, we’re looking for an experienced TA Manager who can spearhead and drive our Frankfurt office growth.
The right person is someone who will be excited to take ownership of the recruitment for this office, actively sourcing experienced recruitment consultants and managing the full end-to-end process.
This role will be based from our London HQ, on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office/week).
About you:
Ability to speak both German and English fluently
Experience working within the Staffing and Recruiting industry
Experience owning and managing the end-to-end recruitment process
