The ABP annual conference is the only conference dedicated primarily to the practical application of psychology in organisations. Therefore it is orientated towards academics and business leaders sharing insights on how technology and change will affect the workforce. It focuses on areas of specific interest to practitioners dealing with technology, change, talent, leadership, coaching, selection & assessment, organisational development and psychometrics to name a few.
