I'm committed that understanding menopause goes beyond my core work of supporting employers to become menopause savvy and supportive. It's a journey that's close to my heart, one that I crawled my way through in my late 30's, as a new Mum, without any support, not even realising it was menopause. It's often shrouded in uncertainty, but with the RIGHT help and support, genuinely opens doors to self-discovery and growth. It's not just a phase; it's a shared experience that affects everyone around us - colleagues, friends, and family. I've always believed that knowledge is power, especially when it comes to something as impactful as menopause. That's why I'm dedicated to learning continuously about it and sharing this knowledge with you and your colleagues, family and friends. Whether you're experiencing menopause firsthand or you're someone who supports a person going through it, becoming 'menopause savvy' is essential. It helps us create a supportive, understanding environment where we can all thrive. Understanding menopause shouldn't be complex or filled with medical jargon. It's about straightforward, clear conversations and practical advice. This is what I aim to provide in my free course, "Menopause: The Basics." It's designed to be accessible, educational, relatable, ensuring everyone walks away with a better understanding and the tools to be supportive.
