Last week, our vibrant Early Careers community gathered in Bristol for an enriching afternoon of training followed by a social evening. This was the second event this year for our interns, apprentices, graduate engineers, and others to connect with peers and strengthen their support network. The training, provided by In Professional Development (InPD), focused on enhancing time management, building self-confidence, and improving impactful communication. These skills are crucial for their development as effective technical consultants and for advancing their careers at CACI Ltd. Jake has worked in software development for 15 years, with 10 of those years being spent in public-sector consultancy, helping design and build critical software systems for the UK Gov. He now works across IIG to support the scoping and initiation of new projects and ensuring we are delivering the best possible service to our customers.
