About us

The Loyalty Magazine Awards have been rebranded as the International Loyalty Awards to reflect the true global nature of this fantastic contest. The International Loyalty Awards celebrate excellence, innovation and best practice in the loyalty industry across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Created by Loyalty Magazine, the Awards have responded to a desire in the loyalty business to celebrate the achievements of those companies and organisations excelling and achieving the extraordinary. There are a range of categories encompassing the full spectrum of the Loyalty business, which are precise and refreshed annually to ensure their importance. The International Loyalty Awards welcomes entries from organisations or brands which operate in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India, the whole of Asia and the Americas - and which interface directly with the customer. All entries need to be submitted online at www.internationalloyaltyawards.com The worthy winners in each category are selected by a judging panel of independent industry experts. The rigorous entry and judging process then culminate in a spectacular evening of celebrations and networking with senior and key players from the loyalty business across the world in attendance. The prestigious International Loyalty Awards black tie dinner and ceremony will take place in 2022 at Old Billingsgate, on the Thames riverbank, on June 14th 2022.

Aditi Barua serves as the Head of Amazon Gift Cards for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region at Amazon, based in Dubai, UAE. With over 14 years of experience in product and business management, she is the single-threaded leader for Amazon’s gift card business across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, and South Africa. Donna Orman, Sr. Director - Customer Loyalty - EMEA at Nike. Donna is a senior business leader with over 25 years’ experience in some of the world’s most influential customer led brands including Nike, Virgin, Tesco, Nectar and Avios. She has in-depth knowledge of how to bring the brand to life through stories and experiences that engage the consumer.
