JLL's Industrial & Logistics team is pleased to announce the successful completion of the disposal of Tesco's interest in a prime 6.5-acre site located in Letchworth, Hertfordshire. The property, originally under the ownership of Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation, was leased long-term to Tesco. Wrenbridge partnered with Bridges Fund Management Ltd. to acquire a new 999-year lease on the site. The deal showcases JLL's expertise in navigating complex transactions and our commitment to delivering value for our clients in the ever-evolving industrial and logistics sector. "This transaction demonstrates the continued strength and resilience of the UK industrial market," said Ian Hall, Head of Land Sales & Development at JLL. "We're thrilled to have facilitated this deal, which not only meets our client's objectives but also presents exciting opportunities for the new owners who are planning to deliver a highly sustainable 130,000 sq. ft. logistics and industrial scheme.
