🌿 🔊 As individuals, organisations and communities gather in London for London Climate Action Week, we ask the question: what is the market currently saying about sustainability? At our Sustainability and Learning Leader Breakfast last week, we analysed the results of a recent Morgan Stanley report and found that the answer to that question might surprise you (and inspire you to take action). In our market research update, we take a look at how 300 companies across the globe responded to Morgan Stanley's #sustainable signals survey. Key takeaways and learnings: ✨ Climate change was an equal second on the list for largest risks to the respondents' business models  ✨ Participants mentioned sustainability regulation in the top three risks in the coming five years (72%) ✨ When asked why companies are pursuing their sustainability strategies - 50% reported ‘value creation’ as the number one reason, 'compliance with government regulations' was 2nd, and 'moral obligation to people and the planet' was 3rd Take a look through our update to see why, despite the research suggesting compelling reasons to take action, the execution has occurred at a snails pace.
