⚠Starting 1st April 2025⚠ Significant changes to the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme will come into effect. Here's what you need to know: - Roles involving children or protected adults will require mandatory membership in the PVG scheme. - If you're applying for a regulated role, or hiring someone for one, be prepared for the legal requirement of PVG membership. From 1st July 2025, it will be an offence for employers to offer regulated roles without verifying PVG membership.
