Helping Generate Real Estate Leads Through Search Engine Optimization
Branding is NOT about...
Talking to everyone. Meet Brian Whelan the Real Estate Agent who ran $30m in September.
Why is Brian talking about his Niche? Simple. It's the thing everyone knows you for.
In Branding it's not about going wide it's about going small and becoming "the guy" in that thing.
We also mentioned Darren Lee he's "the podcast guy" that's all he does on the frontend.
Sure on the backend of your business you can have multiple products for Darren it's a Agency, a Coaching Program and a Course.
For Brian at the moment it's just Commercial Real Estate.
For many in Real Estate it looks like getting know for one area whether it be becoming "The {Your City Here} Guy" or "The County's Luxury Real Estate Guy"
Speak almost solely to that audience and I promise your brand will flourish.
You job in Branding is not ever to talk to as many people as possible it's to talk to that one group and become their person.
Dickie Bush 🚢 went from finance bro to a $10M+ online business.
The best part, he followed a ‘simple’ business anyone can start.
The funny thing is, we both had a similar background.
Both in finance, chasing the promotion highs, but didn’t have control of our future.
Dickie found writing.
I found podcasting.
Two different paths that follow the same structure:
- Generate traffic through content
- Create an irresistible offer
- Give it to people
- Get a tonne of No’s
- Ignore them and keep going anyway
We met up to record a special podcast to help you:
- Build an online business from $0
- Grow your audience through content
- Turn your content into digital dollars
- Build a team of A-Players to scale
If you finally want to build that business, this podcast is for you.

I filmed two other episodes before this one, and neither of them will ever be released.
I even scrapped the original topic for this episode because this one "Imposter Syndrome" felt the most relatable to what I’ve been going through right now.
I spent months stuck, overthinking, overanalyzing, and honestly, I was full of fear.
Scared of failing, scared of not being good enough, scared that what I had to say wouldn’t matter.
It’s funny how imposter syndrome can sneak in at the most unexpected times, even in a project you’re passionate about.
Here I am, wanting to help others through this podcast, and I found myself questioning every little thing.
It took me a long time to finally push through and release this episode. But I had to remind myself why I started this podcast in the first place. If I let fear stop me, I’d never know what it could become.
This is just one example of how imposter syndrome affects all of us, no matter what field we’re in or what goals we are chasing.
It can make even the most exciting projects feel daunting. But here I am, pushing through it, and that’s what I want for all of you, too.

In 2008, when the market collapsed, most people were running scared.
But James Nelson saw it differently—it was a rare opportunity to grow when everyone else was stepping back.
His approach?
He doesn’t chase trends or take unnecessary risks.
Instead, he focuses on what he can control—building relationships, understanding the market, and staying ready for what’s next.
What’s even more impressive is that his success took time.
It wasn’t an overnight journey. Years of dedication, learning from mistakes, and staying committed to the process has put him at the top of his game.
If you’re wondering how to navigate today’s unpredictable real estate market, you’ll want to hear the insights he shared on the latest episode of the Broker Brunch podcast!

Lara Acosta’s method to build a 6-figure personal brand on LinkedIn.
If you want to:
- Build a loyal community
- Find your 1000 true fans
- Build a business around you
Then this podcast is for you.
When I first met Lara, my entire brand was around my podcast.
No one reallyyyy knew who I was or what I did.
So a personal brand without the personal.
But when I implemented what Lara taught me, everything changed.
Our second podcast from Miami breaks down how to:
- Create addictive content
- Make people deeply care
- Find your unfair advantage

‘What I didn’t learn from watching Married At First Sight.’
A 57 year old dude, didn’t want a 27 years old dude’s opinion as he was 27.
Face palm.
You are on Linkeidn.
Almost certainly you don’t post.
Only 1% do.
Why don’t you post?
I think it’s because you don’t know how to start.
Neither did I.
I am 57.
I didn’t grow up posting.
So I learnt from the 27 years olds.
They grew up with content.
You choose.
Stay old.
Grumble about the kids.
Or get with it.
Sales and marketing has changed.
Like it or not. 😀
And yes I watch crap reality TV.
And the best 27 year old is Darren Lee
He showed me how this new world works.
Forever grateful.
When I started my podcast I focused on doing more.
More episodes.
More posts.
More clips.
I cranked out the volume, but the results didn’t come in.
I was still recording episodes from my little bedroom.
Think of it as the ‘basic starter package’ image of podcasting:
- Cheap microphone
- Zoom recordings
- Laptop camera
On the inside, I was even worse.
Nervous, anxious, frustrated, and insecure.
In my mind, there was no way to get better.
Every guest had an average experience, and I felt I had nothing to contribute.
I followed the guru’s advice:
“Share more value and everyone will like you.”
Or something like that.
But I didn’t get any results.
Every week, I’d scramble to do some research, record a basic conversation and release it to the sound of crickets.
Nothing.
Until I made one change.
I focused on doing it better.
This lesson became the backbone of everything I did in my podcast, content, and business.
To 4X your results, you don’t need to 4X your output.
What you need is to nail the inputs.
The inputs for podcasting are recording the episode.
If you crack and master the input, you don’t even need to worry about the outcome.
The outcome you desire is simply a byproduct of your inputs.
Here’s how I transformed my inputs:
- Improving production
- Improving the content structure
Instead of recording random episodes in my bedroom unconsciously, I focused on improving every aspect of the episodes.
When you’re recording your next episode, slow down and:
- Find a great studio
- Pick the right guest for you
- Create content that you would listen to
You might just save yourself 4 years of your journey.

8 months ago I had Lara Acosta on my podcast as a guest.
Yesterday she came back as a friend.
Our first podcast was in Dubai back in February.
A lot has changed, so we did a round two in Miami.
• New standard
• Better production
• $11 iced lattes w oat milk
The whole thing.
But it wasn’t always like this.
Lara taught me how to share my story and build it into my brand.
The reality of:
• the journey
• How I got dream guests
• How I started from my little bedroom to now
After 4 years, I’ve built genuine friendships with amazing people.
What you’ll see now is more of the journey.
Podcast dropping in October.
