SON TAY CITADEL - ARCHAEOLOGICAL PIT The Son Tay citadel was recognized as a national historical and cultural monument in 1994 and is over 200 years old. After excavation, many ancient artifacts need preservation and conservation plans to prevent damage or loss, while also proposing methods to protect and promote the value of these artifacts. The design is simple, contemporary and easy to construct, sleek, durable, with a lightweight roof structure. This highlights the architecture of the Bo Chanh Phu building, in particular, the architecture showcases the fusion of traditional and modern elements. The reflective stainless steel ceiling creates a luxurious and novel reflective effect. At night, the archaeological pit is equipped with carefully researched lighting effects to enhance the beauty of the archaeological site. #deso #desoasia #sontaycitadel #architecture #archeologicalsite

The competition was organized by the Project Management Board for Civil and Industrial Construction Projects of Vinh Long Province, in collaboration with the Vietnam Association of Architects. MANG THIT - VINH LONG DE-SO Asia proposed an urban planning project for Vinh Long Province, the old Mang Thit brick kiln area. The planning proposal retain the core of this area along the canal and develop it into a tourist cultural attraction. We are thrilled to celebrate Arahai Resort's remarkable triumph as the Winner in Architectural Design Eco friendly category at the LIV Hospitality Design Awards! This accolade is a testament to Arahai Resort's unwavering commitment to sustainable design, where luxury seamlessly intertwines with eco-consciousness. Located in a national park - Nui Chua, Aharai Resort is a sensitive and heritage project. The site has two scenery types: an unspoiled beach to the east and a valley in the middle extending to the west with magnificent mountains. The diversity of the local flora allows the place to have its characteristic vegetation without the need for imports from the outside, and to ensure the ecological continuity and the existing biotope of the preserved park also. In such a luxury eco-resort, the strategy is to optimize the hamlet of nature's beauty so that each visitor experiences a unique communion with wildlife and an impression of solitude. The design, which respects the exceptional natural existing forest, will create a gentle, identifiable resort; creating its special value to become an excellent retreat. Happy to share a new project on Behance! Here is the book I designed for the brilliant architectural firm DE-SO architectes & DE-SO Asia Architects & Planners "As since the beginning of architecture – geometry and geography intertwine to accentuate their expression." The book showcases both visitor centers in Can Gio, south Vietnam and Bruoux en Provence in the south of France, designed by the architectural firm DE-SO and DE-SO Asia. Both buildings express a special strong attachment with the ground, integrate into their respective landscape and climate. Their abstraction and the landscape views are key to the design of these two projects. In its own way, each frames views of the natural landscape.
