✍ 𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰✍ On June 20th, 2024, our company organized successfully the "HAND SOLDERING 2024" competition. There are 16 skilled participants from the SMT and Assembly departments, including workers and technicians, showcased their talents. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼: 🍀 Identify potential in hand soldering skills. 🍀Enhance and reskill our workforce. 🍀Motivate our employees through healthy competition. ✨ The competition featured three challenging rounds, each highlighting different hand soldering skills: through holes components, wire harness and advanced skill with SMD components soldering at the final round. Participants demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship and precision, impressing both judges and spectators. ✨ This event not only highlighted the incredible skills of our employees but also fostered a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. By participating, employees strengthened their abilities and embraced the spirit of growth within our company.
