Explore the World of Retail at Guardian with UEF Students! 🎉 This past weekend, Guardian was honored to welcome students from UEF - Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance to our office for an exclusive tour. As the journey began, the students entered the retail world—where Guardian proudly stands as a leading health and beauty retailer in Vietnam. The students had the opportunity to explore Guardian’s dynamic workspace. From brightly lit meeting rooms to creative work areas, they engaged in conversations with our directors to gain a deeper understanding of the company culture. At Guardian, we always value openness and respect for each individual’s unique contributions—these are the foundations that help Guardian attract and nurture talent. The students also received sincere insights on "managing performance." This crucial skill will help them better prepare for the transition from university to the professional workplace. Vietnam has recently faced a series of storms that washed away everything in its path, leaving us with deep concerns about safety and lives. It reminded us of the profound meaning of love and sharing – a quiet yet powerful act of care that goes beyond just receiving. Thank you, dear children, for reminding us that the true value of giving lies not only in the act itself but in its ability to spread joy and compassion. These moments from our journey to bring joy and well-being to underprivileged students in Hậu Giang this Mid-Autumn Festival continue to inspire us all. -- 🌕 Mùa Trăng Yêu Thương - Mùa Trăng Vui Khỏe “Con có thể xin thêm một món quà, mang về cho em trai ở nhà được không?” Câu hỏi từ một em nhỏ lớp 4 tại trường Tiểu học Hậu Giang khiến chúng mình vừa ngạc nhiên vừa xúc động. Tình yêu thương giản dị ấy đã nhắc nhở chúng mình về giá trị thật sự của việc sẻ chia. Cảm ơn các em đã nhắc nhở về giá trị thật sự của sự cho đi, và rằng yêu thương không chỉ là trao tặng, mà còn là lan tỏa.
