After 9 months of construction and successful local authorities inspections, we are very pleased to proceed with the handover of the first phase of Horizon Park by IDEC. This 20 000 m2 facility and the related common buildings can accomodate warehouse and manufacturing activities in an excellent location, Yen Phong Industrial Park in Bac Ninh province. We provide high industry standards for our tenants and clients such as LEED Gold certification, Grade 2 fire classification for a maximum flexibility, high ground floor loading of 5 t/m2, FM2 classification to ensure a perfect levelness and flatness of the ground slab as per TR34 regulations, 1 000 m3 underground fire tank and NFPA certified sprinkler installation for fire fighting. The ceremony was part of a memorial trail project initiated by the town of Dien Bien Phu, in partnership with the French embassy and the AFD - Agence Française de Développement, to mark the 70th anniversary of the battle of Dien Bien Phu and to enhance the town's tourist appeal. Many thanks again to Agence Française de Développement, and in particular to Hervé Conan Director of the AFD Vietnam agency, for inviting us to join this cultural and heritage adventure.
