How to install designs for steam profiles

Download and unpack the rebecca_edgerunners.zip archive using 7zip;
Follow the link in your browser. Log in to the Steam site beforehand.
Click "Select File" and select images for the showcase in Explorer.
Use Ctrl+Shift+I or F12 to open the console.

Go to "Console" and enter the following command, then press Enter:

Give any title to the images. Check the "I acknowledge that I created this artwork" box. Then click "Save and Continue.
