How to install video wallpaper for Wallpaper Engine

Download and unzip 818603284.zip with 7zip;
Move to the folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\wallpaper_engine\projects\myprojects\818603284. But if you are using a pirate, the path is different.
