The ASUS ZenFone 5Q is now available for purchase from several retailers in the United States. According to the Taiwanese device maker, the handset ships with a price tag of $299 and it is currently available in two color options, which are Midnight Black and Moonlight White. The Midnight Black color option is available in five retailers in the United States, namely Abt, Amazon, B&H, Best Buy, and Newegg, while consumers can purchase the Moonlight White color option from three retailers, which are Amazon, B&H, and Newegg. Before the device maker provided details regarding the availability of the ZenFone 5Q, Amazon had already started offering the device for pre-order since May while B&H mentioned on its website a few days ago that it already has both color variants of the ZenFone 5Q in stock.

The ASUS ZenFone 5Q was unveiled by the Taiwanese tech firm back in Mobile World Congress 2018. This device is powered by the Snapdragon 630 chipset, which is comprised of an octa-core ARM Cortex A53 CPU and the Adreno 508 GPU. The handset sports a 6-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2160 by 1080 pixels and it contains 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal flash storage. People may expand the handset’s internal storage using a microSD card with a capacity of up to 2TB. The device can accept two SIM cards at the same time, and it also sports connectivity features including support for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, and NFC. The smartphone features dual camera setups at both the front and the back of the handset. At the front, the device has a 20-megapixel main sensor while at the back, it includes a 16-megapixel main module. Both the front and the rear main cameras are supported by a secondary camera that is equipped with a 120-degree wide angle lens. To keep its lights on, the device includes a 3,300mAh battery.

Aside from the ZenFone 5Q, ASUS also unveiled the ZenFone 5 and the ZenFone 5Z during the Mobile World Congress earlier this year. The two other smartphones both sport a 6.2-inch display with a notch located above the screen, and both are powered by considerably more powerful chipsets than the ZenFone 5Q.
