Play Overview
Fe (2018) is a platform-traversal game where you play a fox in a magical fairy tale forest. The world extends in front of you in stylised form, with trees, mountains and streams glistening with sparkles of life. You run, jump, climb and dip your paws in every aspect of the world. But it’s the plants and other creatures, and how they respond to you, that really draw you in. Looking deeply into these creatures’ eyes, you share a song and learn new abilities from them. You progress by embracing this interrelated ecosystem and finding your place at the heart of the world.
Fe’s world comes into its own after completing the few hours of challenge, when you can explore to your heart’s content. The space that initially seemed alien and otherworldly has been restored to harmony and becomes a place to coexist in.
Although there may be slight confusion at first, you’ll soon discover how to move around, climb trees, dip in rivers and communicate with other animals. Fe lets you explore its world at your own pace. Take your time enjoying the environment and experiencing what it’s like to be a tiny creature setting out into a world.
