“I used Custom Fireplace and Chimney for two different services. First I called them to inspect two fireplaces in a home I was making an offer on. Based on the evaluation done, I revised my offer and did not buy that house. I then purchased a different house with a fireplace and chimney and had it inspected and then had them put in a gas insert. I am thrilled with the insert and the difference it made to my lower level. I would call them again in a minute.”

“I hired The Fireplace Guys to convert a wood fire place to gas. The process went smoothly and quickly. They came to my house to do the initial quoting of the project and they were very fair and reasonable and much better priced compared to other estimates I had received. “When we set out to design and finish our basement my husband I and struggled with the placement of the tv and fireplace. I wanted the fireplace to be the central focus of the main wall. My husband wanted the tv to be the focus. With the help and guidance of Glowing Hearth and Home we both got exactly what we wanted by using a "linear fireplace". Bryan was one of three recommendations, and the only professional that called me right back and set an appointment. He came out to our home in a timely manner and met with us to discuss our unique vision for our basement remodel. Thankfully, Bryan was up for the challenge and went above and beyond our expectations. He individually selected each stone for placement based upon its shape, size, texture and color. He hand chiseled each rock to ensure its perfect fit. Our project took a bit longer to complete due to its intricacy, but the time, effort and cost was well worth it! Bryan is a true craftsman; extremely knowledgable in his trade and uncompromising work ethic.”
