Recording is a great way to practice. And going live is even better. When we record, we are apt to stop and start and edit as we go. However, when you're live, you have to be present in the moment. You have to keep going even if you make a mistake. It builds your muscle of trusting yourself and your expertise. Most of us know our stuff. We often don't trust ourselves and that lack of trust is reinforced if we are only comfortable with being able to "fix it" before we speak.
