I’d say if you have effective processes defined with clear roles and responsibilities that will be contribute to easy management during IR. Secondly, another important consideration is communication, who gets to speak with stakeholders, what goes to public and when? In an already panic-like situation we definitely want to avoid miscommunication. And the list goes on.
