Based on my experience, data literacy and KPI ownership among team help to make informed decision achieve organization goals easily 1 We need to ensure that KPI are directly aligned with organization strategic objectives, KPI need to be clear, specific quantifiable 2 Once we finalize the KPI, we need to share the KPI with entire team in transparent manner, explaining the rationale behind each KPI and how it contribute to overall success 3 Providing training session to improve data literacy among team members, ensure everyone understand basic of data analysis, interpretation 4 Building a culture of ownership, assign specific team members as KPI owners to monitor, analyze and report KPI 5 Encourage use of data in all decision making process
