As we use the AI and based on the feedback and suggestions the corrections in the algorithm will help us to safeguard the interest of the organization. It is also advisable to do audit as per the compliance of the law ,company policy and culture of the organization. Its good to define this audits and monitors with the support of IT dept and the product owner on scheduled manner to monitor the ethical framework of AI.
