Try to talk to your team member with a cool head and understand the problem being faced by him. Hear him/ her out logically and try to do a rational conversation. Recommend that u start afresh and leave the baggage behind. Try and build better relationship with the concerned person. Do an informal catchup off and on to bridge build.

La forma en la que se comunican y tratan los empleados de una empresa dice mucho del ambiente laboral que existe en la misma. Sin un ambiente laboral adecuado, los empleados no se sienten cómodos, reducen su productividad, tienen más bajas laborales y el porcentaje de fuga a otras empresas es mayor.
