It is very easy for someone to give generic feedback if they are not satisfied however it takes more courage to criticise and any constructive critisism should be welcomed. You need to understand the feedback to be sure of the changes you need to implement, ask follow up questions if you are not sure. Suggest ways to improve this (be proactive) and clarify with the person sharing the feedback if they think this is a good approach or would they have any suggestions. Above all stay positive, if people are taking the time to provide feedback you have something to work with, chin up, work hard - we learn more from our losses than we do our wins!
