To deal with conflicting student organizations, Firstly try to meet the different groups separately to know their view points, then arrange a forum including the different groups wherein each of them get a fair chance putting up their points and also in the same forum you also put up your points making them understand as to why inclusivity in important and necessary so that each group gets a clear picture. Also he empathetic and non judgemental while listening to the view points of each of the groups. Provide real life or relatable situational examples so that each of groups understand the importance and necessity of inclusivity.
