En mi experiencia como planificador de la produccion ha sido mi premisa la previa identificacion de los cuellos de botella en la fabricacion. La pacificacion de la linea saturada ha sido la optima solucion. Desviando referencias de poco consumo a otras lineas, programando las interrupciones tecnicas de forma coherente o fuera del horario de produccion, evitando cambios de linea innecesarios (agrupacion de lotes de similar cambio referencia), estas y algunas acciones mas son las pistas que yo he seguido.
