El aprendizaje en diferentes puestos no es aditivo, sino interactivo o sinérgico. Por ejemplo, tenemos tres experiencias docentes muy diferentes como, a) enseñar a colectivos desfavorecidos, b) enseñanza de adultos y c) Docencia en adolescentes. Si pudiésemos medir nuestra capacitación en cada uno de ellos de manera numérica, de tal manera que a) 4 puntos; b) 5 puntos y c) 3 puntos, nuestra experiencia total NO seria la suma de los tres campos: 4 + 5 +3 = 12, sino la multiplicación de los mismos: 4 x 5 x 3 =60. Por ello, los puestos docentes temporales, si se saben aprovechar, constituyen una excelente oportunidad sin par en la adquisición y transmisión de conocimientos. Y lo más increíble, es que ello ocurre de una manera automática!
