Toda organização funciona como o organismo humano, cada membro tem sua relevância e responsabilidade para o pleno funcionamento do todo, para que os objetivos sejam alcançados é necessário equilíbrio, portanto todos os membros precisam estar alinhados, conhecendo as funções que competem aos demais. Quando as pernas falham os braços auxiliam, mesmo não sendo sua principal função, estarão prontos para intervir no momento certo!

Trust and communication is an important tools to foster collaboration among team member for the following reasons; 1. To encourage open dialogue among team members 2. Active listening when any of the team members giving speech there should be maximum attention taking note thoughtfully. 3. Regular Check-in. That is there should be one-on-one meeting to provide opportunity sharing. 4. Define roles and responsibilities. 5. Share goals and visions.

I strongly recommend to start interacting with each one within team first n out of team also. The more you interact between one another, you learn more about the person and develop yourself as well. The better you understand outside the team n expectations of others, more you deliver as a team. Regarding trust among within team, I follow n recommend to start behaving honest, disciplined, sharing views and guiding on each one’s best skills and required improvement rather than waiting for team leader to advise. In short, follow T.H.I.S. principle I.e. Talk, Help, Inspire and Support within team to perform better as a group n develop yourself.

Can't agree more that informal social event is required to build rapport among team members, but personal bond takes time. In many case, informal team-building activities alone is insufficient to build trust. In facts, trust is build when people share good experience and success at work. Therefore, it's the utilization of casual observation of our colleagues value and behavior to facilitate work collaboration and ultimately win trust.
