To effectively manage your remote team that is missing deadlines, identify root causes: unclear expectations, poor communication, or workload imbalances. Clearly define tasks, deadlines, and priorities, so that everyone is on the same page. Encourage open communication where team members can freely share the obstacles they are facing. Reinforce responsible behavior by recognizing and reinforcing activities completed on time. Provide accountability for due dates and timeline completion by combining structure, clarity, and support.
