We are thrilled to unveil the final photography of the recently renovated Hotel Indigo in downtown Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This project transformed a 43,835 SF space, including 93 guestrooms, 2 suites, a boardroom, fitness area, and lobby bar. The renovation scope encompassed the replacement of finishes and fixtures throughout public spaces and guestrooms, along with new soft goods and case goods in all areas. Exterior updates included fresh paint, new brand signage, and the installation of PTAC HVAC units in each guestroom. The result is a refreshed, vibrant atmosphere that perfectly blends modern amenities with the hotel's signature style.

The LEMOINE | CDR Logistics team at the Lee LSA is proud to support the Emergency Response Teams throughout Florida. From the Lee LSA, emergency managers are receiving essential power to ensure key infrastructure, such as lift stations and hospitals, becomes operational. LEMOINE | CDR Logistics provides the necessary equipment to activate pods and comfort stations, enabling local communities to assist those affected by #Hurricanes #Milton and #Helene. Additionally, the Lee LSA serves as a fuel depot, where our team facilitates the storage and distribution of vital fuel, ensuring fuel trucks and tankers can quickly deliver resources to the local area. Our Infrastructure Division is making steady progress on the West Shore Lake Pontchartrain - 110 Levee project. This week, our teams worked on hydroseeding the finished areas to stabilize the new soil. This is created with a slurry of water, grass seed, fertilizer, and a binding agent that we spray on the soil to protect it and expedite the growth of new grass which prevents erosion. This project is a joint venture with Frazier and will construct approximately one mile of the 17.5 mile long levee system that will provide 100-year level risk reduction to the area extending from the Bonnet Carre' Spillway to Garyville. https://ow.ly/1iC150TJ7Pj

The LSU Center for Medical Education and Wellness in Shreveport, LA was brought to life through over 400,000 manhours of dedicated work. This complex project features specialized spaces, including BSL3 laboratories, a round assembly hall, and a culinary wing. The distinctive and iconic design made this project especially exciting to complete, showcasing innovation and functionality in one state-of-the-art facility.
