🚀 A Significant Milestone for 1Print! 🚀 We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our first week of research and development in concrete 3D printing. Previously, our operations depended on pre-blended mortar mix delivered in super sacks. However, through a strategic collaboration with Titan America, we have now transitioned to sourcing a specialized mix directly through the established supply chain. This transition enables us to receive concrete by truck, streamlining logistics, and significantly reducing both costs and environmental impact. During our recent testing we successfully extruded 5 cubic yards of concrete within just one hour, with a printing speed of 12 inches per second and a layer height and width of 2 inches. This progress brings us closer to optimizing efficiency and precision in our concrete 3D printing operations.

🚀 Big news for South Florida!🌍 The U.S. Economic Development Administration has officially awarded the ClimateReady Tech Hub $19.5 million! 1Print is thrilled to join the ClimateReady Tech Hub as a consortium and steering committee member, driving regional and global innovation to tackle the need for coastal protection and sustainable/resilient infrastructure. 1Print's focus on 3D printing coastal and land infrastructure as well as homes with clean cement perfectly aligns with the Tech Hub's initiatives for innovation and workforce creation within sustainable and resilient infrastructure. We're excited to contribute to this groundbreaking effort, adding value to our region and the world.
