I recently designed the renovation plan for a beautiful restaurant in Okatie, South Carolina. The project involved extending the covered porch and bar area, where we chose a steel moment frame for optimal support. "I don't have time!" It's an excuse I use to avoid exercise, but Andy Richardson has shown me it's not a valid one. We went on a run today in Beaufort, SC amid a busy workday collaborating on a number of projects 29E6 is working on. It's the same excuse I use to avoid prospecting, but Jessica Stokes taught me it's not valid during a Sales Gravy course. This run prompted me to put this excuse aside and pick up the phone, which led to a potential meeting next week! Thank you both for showing and teaching me the importance and reward of doing hard things!
